Gifts you can buy for your Friends
There are a lot of things that people will not buy for themselves in this world. That is why it is important that friends take a good look and decide what it is they can buy for the people in their life that they would not ordinarily buy for themselves. That will make the gift more special ant it will mean that much more to them.
It could be that your friends are wrapped up in trying to finish a green card renewal and don’t have the time to go research and buy that special something. Or may the time that they are spending at work won’t allow them the time away from the job to go make that purchase.
It can take a lot out of someone to put the time and effort into studying for the US citizenship exam and it might be nice to get them a gift that will show them that you care and that you are thinking about them as the go trough the US immigration proceedings.
The biggest thing that you can do to assure that the gift that you ultimately choose is going to be enjoyed and not packed away is to observe and listen. Look at what they have around the house and see if there is a theme in the house. Lots of times people collect things that can give you a clue as to what they might enjoy.
They often get wrapped up the daily nine to five jobs or the after works needs and forget that sometimes they just need something different to stimulate their souls and to relax there minds and spirits. That is precisely where a good friend will come in handy by getting them just the perfect gift to take their minds off of the hum drum things that make life boring and dull.
I mean if someone is wrapped up with the US immigration department and studying for the US Citizenship exam or busy trying to handle the paperwork needed for their Green Card renewal, there is a chance that they don’t even realize what day of the week it is much less that they have fallen into a huge rut.
Unexpected gifts have a way of taking someone to another place. So don’t wait for a traditional date like a holiday or a birthday or anniversary to give a gift. Go out of your way to get a gift for them just because you like them, or because it is Monday. These types of things will be remembered the longest and the fondest because they will remember that you took the time to remember them on a day that was not expected.
Everyone has come to expect gifts at Christmas and on birthdays. But when was the last time someone gave you a Monday gift? See the point? It becomes memorable and leaves a lasting impression on the receiver where the traditional dates simply fade into oblivion with the passing sands of time and will often get forgotten in a few weeks.
